I realize choosing a therapist is a difficult and time consuming task. Research shows building a collaborative, trusting and safe environment is the key to gaining optimal results from your therapeutic sessions. Because I feel so strongly about building a therapeutic bond, I offer a complementary 45-minute phone consultation in order to determine if we are a good fit and to discuss other concerns or questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

Peaceful Minds accepts cash, checks, and most major credit card such as VISA and MasterCard. We also offer convenient and safe online payment methods through secure services like PayPal. (Returned checks are subject to a $35, return fee.)
At this time Peaceful Minds does not accept insurance, but we will provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Peaceful Minds cannot communicate with your insurance carrier and cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will reimburse you.
Payment for services is due the day of the session.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:
You must call to cancel a session NO LESS than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time or you will be charged for the full therapy session. (Peaceful Minds understands life circumstances sometimes get in the way and will take these into consideration.)
